Authorized organizational use

Your organization provides your account. Work only within your authorized organization, facility and duties. Do not share sign-in details; you are responsible for your actions and the accuracy of content you submit.

Zero tolerance for abuse

Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation content, bullying, spam, fraud and content violating another person’s privacy or rights are prohibited. Nivoos has zero tolerance for abuse. Upload only work content you are authorized to share.

Reporting and blocking

In Go chat, long-press a message and choose “Report message” to send a reason and a note. The reported message is hidden from you and enters the organization administrator’s and Nivoos platform owner’s moderation queues. “Block user” hides that person’s messages and attachments from you. You can unblock them through “Blocked users” in the chat header.

Review and enforcement

An automated text filter prevents sending obvious abusive expressions; it does not claim to classify every text or image. Reports enter the moderation queue for prompt review. Authorized administrators can remove an inappropriate message for everyone or close a report with a reason. Your organization administrator may suspend account access for abuse.

Privacy and contact

Reports show the message, reason, note and relevant user/facility details to authorized moderators. Account/data rights and retention information are in the privacy policy.
