Controller and scope
Nivoos Go and Nivoos Guard are used with work accounts authorized by your employer or service organization. Your organization is the controller of its operational data. Nivoos (Less Mimarlık Mühendislik) acts as a processor in providing the service.
Data and purposes
We process your name, username, work contact details, organization, role, workspace and session details, and authorized task, routine, patrol, incident, inspection, risk, chat and support records. Photos and files you submit (including video files in Go chats) are attached to their records. Activity times, audit and security logs support service delivery, access control, work tracking and support. Content sent to NIVO may be processed to generate a response when that feature and its service provider are enabled.
Device permissions
Camera access is used for QR scanning and adding photos. Photo access lets you attach images you select. Notification permission supports work and patrol alerts; a device push token may be stored. We do not request GPS location, background location, microphone, contacts or advertising tracking permissions. A record’s facility or location is not the device’s GPS position.
Transfers and security
Production connections are encrypted over HTTPS. Hosting, database, file storage and notification providers may be used to operate the service (Cloudflare, Supabase/PostgreSQL and, depending on the platform, Expo/Apple/Google notification services). Authorized organization users can access records as required for their work. We do not sell personal data or track users for advertising. App content is not offered as end-to-end encrypted.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for its processing purpose and applicable legal requirements. Account closure removes access, sessions and notification tokens; non-required profile data, content and attachments are deleted or anonymized. Your employer may retain financial, safety, audit or legal records for mandatory periods. Retained data and the reason are explained in the response to your request.

You may contact your organization’s controller or Nivoos below to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to processing under applicable privacy law. Only necessary identity-verification information is requested. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
